Clowns! Clowns! Clowns! Agatha shouted as she tugged at her dad's arm.
In the distance, you could see the clown heads' moving in unison. Ever so slowly, they turned side to side, their mouths wide open.
Agatha dragged her dad towards the sideshow, and when they arrived, the lady standing behind the counter muttered, one for six or three for fifteen.
Agatha's dad chose three games for fifteen dollars. One game for Agatha, one for her brother and, one for him.
Agatha played the first game. As the balls rolled towards her, she started to feed the hungry clown in front of her. One by one, the balls fell into the numbered slots below.
When the last ball reached its destination, Agatha excitedly counted up all of her points. She scored 11 in total.
The lady behind the counter reached for two prizes, offering Agatha a choice of a pink pony or a pretty tiara with butterflies on top.
Agatha chose the tiara and wore it proudly all day long.
